In a cooking rut? Join me for this hands-on class at SHED in Healdsburg on September 22 from 11am to 1pm. We'll be making a whole bunch of recipes from Repertoire, including gougères, roasted carrots with burrata and salsa rustica, spaghetti aglio e olio, a stovetop braised chicken and the world's finest rice pudding.
