Cooking Class at King Arthur Flour [SOLD OUT--WAITLIST AVAILABLE]

Cooking By Heart at SHED Healdsburg

In a cooking rut? Join me for this hands-on class at SHED in Healdsburg on September 22 from 11am to 1pm. We'll be making a whole bunch of recipes from Repertoire, including gougères, roasted carrots with burrata and salsa rustica, spaghetti aglio e olio, a stovetop braised chicken and the world's finest rice pudding. I am so excited to announce this special Repertoire dinner at The Progress with my friends, chefs Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski. Dinner will be a multicourse feast ($78/person) featuring recipes from the book served on the restaurant's mezzanine, overlooking the main dining room. Fun! Special! Join me and my friend Sam Mogannam--we'll be cooking dinner at 18 Reasons. The dinner is open to 18 Reasons members only (become one!) and promises to be a very special evening.
